came here to find out myself they never release any type of notes for us steam users
No idea, saw the “Diablo IV is updating” popup window as I was youtubing 
Considering the size probably just something small, like a store update, or small stability fixes. Keep an eye out on the stickies in this forum and the Patch Notes section in the News.
I think they changed fortunate finds position in the shop.

Cuz i have 3.7.0 in game folder

Well there isn’t much to the patch notes, maybe that’s why we didn’t get a heads up.
New patch gives me black screens then shut down pc i had no issues older patch

They were 3.1.13 and 3.1.0 respectively.
This patch is trying to fix the dupes.
They swear the 50 millionth time is the charm!
