The latest patch is still not available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox, while PC players have already received it. Console players have been left behind once again.
This is a serious issue because PS5 and Xbox players are stuck on an older game version. As a result, many of us cannot play with friends, join certain activities, or use paid services until the console update is released. This is frustrating and creates an unfair experience for the entire console community.
Please make this a higher priority and work closely with Sony and Microsoft to ensure console updates are released much faster. Console players should not have to wait while PC players are already enjoying the latest patch.
We love Diablo IV and appreciate all the hard work your team puts into the game, but we ask that console players receive the same level of support and timely updates. Thank you for listening to the community.
