New patch notes are up

I’m done pushing until they buff skills that have underperformed since, forever.

The Pit

  • The chance to receive a Stygian Stone on completion of the Pit has been increased.
    • Examples:
      • Tier 1: 5%
      • Tier 40: 10%
      • Tier 100: 18%
      • Tier 200: 30%

really hope that it scales up instead of a flat increase until you get to a point!

like pit 99 should be a 17% chance etc

Being 15-29 pit levels behind is not fine… But it is the most fun class to play . Lots of a an b tier builds and variety of builds to play. Nonetheless it is far behind

AoZ 25 had one purpose in my mind, fishing out all the broken exploits to be patched out in the next season. Pit 200 and the leadup to it is much the same.

I can see this being a thing. I think they’re also okay with very op builds that aren’t broken as long as they’re working as intended too though.

The patch is planned next week. Sad.

Seems it’s a good time to level up some alts with 35% XP buff…

I don’t care about OP builds too much and I think it’s pretty reasonable if only meta builds can reach the top. People cackling and having fun while running a broken build doesn’t diminish my fun. I just play to be the best me.

If that means I don’t get to hit Pit 200, that doesn’t shake me in the least. Every build I’ve slammed together so far can at least do Pit 61 – if barely.

Yeah wtf is this bs, like jesus i thought for sure it would be fixed… ugh

That only makes sense if there weren’t always new bugs the following season. I hate speaking in absolutes, but it’s the way it is with this game.

We can’t even add extra goblins without bugs.

As a developer, my life basically an endless loop of fixing the two bugs I created while fixing the one before that. Blizzard itself may have some issues, but I have sympathy for the devs who are being worked to the bone but get nothing but hate from the rest of us.

The only bug-less things I’ve ever done are very very simple things.

Can someone write me why, for example, the skin does not fall off the bears? I mean, you can’t see the animation of the skin falling off and what happened to the infernal rose?

That’s exactly how it works, they’re just using examples to show the curve.

Seems I didn’t get any tempering manual
Drops at all the last week of playing.

That probably means you have them all, if not go do Beast in the Ice.

no barb or negro nerfs, yawn

I was just wondering why I was so tanky all out of a sudden (thought that perhaps the Inscence bonuses just before entering a pit were super strong )

I like that they start with Manual. I’ve left blues and yellows on the ground by mistake.

I’m really close to hitting the flag button, but I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt here.

Modern software stacks are simply too complex. And there was tremendous personnel churn on the D4 dev team as they wrote an entirely new engine. It’s a recipe for bugs galore.

would rather see buffs to other builds
