New Legendary to Fix the Builder/Spender Paid and Create Build Diversity

The builder/spender idea is only good for a early leveling/progression experience but quickly should be replaced by … I don’t need builders anymore and now I can build my character.

There needs to be a Legendary that doesn’t allow you to drop below 25% resources that everyone can use. Then with enough max fury/mana/spirit abilities becomes free to use infinitely. This just opens up build options. (this is good design)

At no point do players want to be forced into utilizing every CD reduction, Resource reduction, Max Resource, Glyphs to generate resources JUST TO PLAY THE GAME.

Please dear Devs allow us to easily remedy this problem so that way build diversity opens up. Items are trash if they don’t have certain resources and you are forced to use glyphs to maximize only CD reductions.

Diablo should be a game about build diversity and choice but going so heavy handed in making our lives always out of resources. Isn’t the way. It really isn’t.

Just put a Core aspect into the game sooner than latter where you can’t drop below 25% resources. So anything under 25% can be permanently cast/used. Good game design does this in RPGs.

post level 30 the game should give you enough tools to manage your resource without spamming your basic attack. that is the worst part of D4 the constant need to micromanage your resource.

hell at this point give me a resource generating potion that i can spam

You shouldn’t even need a basic attack past 30 if you don’t want.
