Radius cap should be larger than 100%. After all unstoppable brakes all the cold effects.

so you can go maximum 2 items +40%?
or the Total Is anyway +100% if you roll 3 with 34%??
it’s capped at 100%, in ptr there was no cap, so you could go up to say 150%.
