New Diablo game ideas

I have the Book of Lorath both in hardcover and in voiced version, at audible. Hearing Lorath talking about “Donan’s Fur Cloak and Clasp”, he goes about a journey he must take, but need to acquire a relic before that. It would be a interesting game, imo, an RPG where at least for some parts of it you are a Horadrim Character wandering Sanctuary searching for old knowledge, mysteries, etc, or looking for a payback on Horadrim’s account, with a more story driven type of game. More like a Witcher 3 kinda game, maybe, where from time to time you play with Ciri instead the witcher. A 3D graphics and 3rd person view game at that, too.

Do you guys have any ideas from a new diablo game that is not a continuation from previous Diablo games?

Isn’t the campaign about searching for old knowledge, mysteries, etc. and paying Elias back for his betrayal?

Or do you mean something more in depth? Like a whole research system that provides player power or was akin to a paragon system?

i want a new card game like hearthstone but based on diablo. hearthstone was so good before wild came in and then it just kept diving lower and lower heh.

I’d like an in game card mini game, like gwent. The big bads (Diablo/Mephisto etc.) could be super rare. Just something to chase

I’d love a Diablo RTS game, but since Blizzard has wasted so much time and resources trying to turn Starcraft into something else, I won’t be getting my hopes up. And thanks to WOW we can forget ever seeing a Warcraft 4. Considering the fact that RTS games helped build Blizzard, it’s amazing that they would just abandon the entire genre.

They have heroes of the storm. That’s the “fun” part of RTS games for a lot of people.

Personally my favorite was always dune2, but i played all of the warcrafts, c&cs, red alert and more. Good times.

Would be nice to have a new warcraft or even diablo rts. But doubtful it’ll happen.

There’s a couple of new dune games out or coming. One of them isn’t bad but a little over complex for the sake of it. Waiting for the other one.
