If you already pre ordered go to the wardrobe and you’re new demon wings will be in there.
Edit for clarification. If you also have 1.5.1 patch which is available for console. Haven’t checked on PC yet.

I pre ordered the ultimate addition the day it was available. I only have Wings of the Faith, not these new demon wings.
Actually, a loincloth only barbarian would be Conan artwork appropriate.

I preordered it but I dont have access to the wings. must be the ultimate edition.
i have ultimate and see no wings. 
i also have Ultimate but No Demon wings
Minimum requirement is the Deluxe edition. They show in the shop on the pre orders bonuses.
If your on bnet you probably need to wait for the update for em I’m guessing
Demon wings are not currently available for Pre-Purchase users.
Probably have to wait for the patch to actually get pushed out, as is most MTX.
They appeared for me after the patch was applied to Xbox.

If I had to guess you’re playing on PC and the patch for the PC has yet to be deployed today. The console patch is already out I believe.

I have feathers that look like wings on my armor, Neither of these wings cosmetics matched my character.
