When you open the raven to turn in grim favors, if you dont pick a reward and exit the raven menu. You cant interacte with any of the new added ravens. You keep your grim favors but the only way to turn them in after you do that is going to the tree of whispers

I experienced the same thing about an hour ago. I thought I broke the whispers completely but it worked at the Tree.
