Yep, this happened. Was in the game, played the first 1 minute in the snowy area when you first start. Got network error, kicked me out, couldn’t get back in, my character was missing, then i exited completely. Hit play again on the launcher, into a 30 min login queue.

Yeah. I really want to test the game and provide feedback / bug reports, but cant do that if i cant even login to play.
I actually made it to the first mini boss on the main questline and beat him, but got disconnected right after. Loving the game so far!

The same issue for me. From what I have seen in other people’s posts, your character will be gone too. 85 minutes for me. The servers might be down.
I have experienced same issue still waiting to get back in.
yeah… since the rewards are tied to hitting lvl 20 I really hope they fix this or just give the rewards to people who participated, I want that wolf pup
Yup. Was about to put in my first ability point and…boop network connection boss booted me into oblivion. 30+ to wait and sounds like create a new character xD

If it was down for ex amount of time and it was a real push to get 20, you’d think they would reward it to everyone participating.
Servers must be down or they restarted them 
What should be EXPECTED (as it is implemented across most blizzard always online games) is a grace period from the queue if you get disconnected instead of being thrown into an hour long wait due to no fault of your own. Or have you also not been around for blizzard open betas before? 
They literally just started the beta. Let’s give em a moment to smooth things out. There are a TON of folks trying to get in. If my character is gone guess I’ll just “respec” the same build, lol.
