Since early Eastern Time Zone yesterday (Fri Oct 18) I’ve been getting disconnected from Diablo IV. This typically happens after five minutes in game. I’ve repaired the game, checked my ISP up/down multiple times via multiple 3rd party apps (lowest ratings across 5 separate tests w/ 5 separate apps is 263 Down/39 Up, 14ms ping). Since I’m the only user of my network (I don’t broadcast, live in a single residence home, hardwired in) I know its not a bandwidth issue as I don’t stream while I play either (listen to podcasts via phone).
What is going on? Any recommendations? Love the game, can’t wait to blast again. Please send help, oh great demon lords.
It’s been happening for me since Thursday. I can’t play the game at all so I stopped until they fix the server. I literally disconnect 2 out of every 3 dungeons within 30 seconds of entering them.
Same here. I’m trying a GeForce driver rollback to 556.12. Others have tried different driver versions but folks seem to be getting decent results, so I’ll try myself.
its a blizzard server issue. been happing to lots and lots of ppl. i try to play but when u get disconected like 5 times within 30 min. defeats the idea to get on have fun, when its just crash after crash. i had isp come out yesterday to check modem all that everything fine on home end . just blizz being blizz, crapy servers
Tomorrow they’re putting out a patch, for various changes, and I read in the Misc. portion of it, that, stability issues are one of the things being fixed. So cross your fingers, lol. I’m very much in the same boat, I can’t even play, because if I manage to get in, I get the, “Reconnecting to Diablo IV.” and I cant interact with most things or chat to people, ect.
