Nerf Lilith's Lament Or Keep Your Game

You sound like the type of player who caused Amazon to destroy Lost Ark.

Please don’t bring your handless nonsense here. Diablo 4 is not hard and one boss based off a beta doesn’t need a nerf just because a few players with no hands can’t handle it. This also isn’t the most difficult thing in the beta. Not even close. There’s also almost no reason to use your shift key. You can be within vision of the boss at all times that it’s vunerable to attack.

I would assume that the vast majority of players were playing on Veteran. World Tier I is there for people who’ve never played any isometric RPG ever. If you’ve play any other game like Diablo before you should be fine with Veteran, as it’s only a very small bump up in difficulty.

I actually thought it was a subboss as well. I was very surprised after reaching Neyrelle to find out that it was the end of Act I. I was expecting another dungeon after this one.

Every boss, every single boss, that wasted me was an opportunity to rethink my skills and approach. Some required learning the mechanics… like hopping into the bubble provided by your helper Mech Battle Droid provided in the Lilith’s Lament fight. Others were “Wow, those two skills might LOOK cool but they do NOT work well together… time to try something else”.

Part of the frustration is there is so much that’s ALMOST familiar like Whirlwind or Corpse Explosion and yet it can be completely different. It’s a new game, it’s going to have a learning curve. And unless your job is to pour over tons of game data and videos of other players you’re not going to figure it out. Especially on one 3 day weekend with only 10-15% of the game made available to play.

You should try it with a feral druid lol.

Have you never played a game with mechanics before? You have to be trolling. This was an incredibly easy fight.

Kids just mad cuz bad. I personally enjoyed the game; brought me back to days when I would tear sh*t up on Diablo 2, just cooler and improved haha. If anything it became the opposite for me, I haven’t touched an RPG since the first year of Guild Wars 2, but I was tired of FPS and needed something different again. I decided to go Necro cause she looked badass out of the available classes and knew my friend was going to pick sorcerer because every game we’ve ever played rpg style he’s been sorcerer, anyways I had a skeleton mage / skeleton raider stack (10 or 11 minions) 5, Mages, 5 skeletons and that was just because I got lucky on items that made that possible with attack buffs, and barrier my god. I had so much barrier % I basically stood there while my army of undead demolished everything in seconds. I was just there to explode corpses for bonus damage just cause it sounded so cool, SPLURSH! At that point the beta was 2 easy and I was looking for more. Also the storage capacity ( not being able to carry more items whiLe out on a dungeon run or an event streak) was kinda of a wack, I appreciated being able to teleport back and forth from locations tho so that I could at least dump and return easily. Anyways. I pre-ordered, hope to see you on there when pvp is available so you can cry more :kissing_heart::wink:

Imagine crying for Act 1 boss nerf on the easiest difficulty. You have to be very bad at games as a whole to think that boss is hard. Probably has 1 point in every skill possible and put on random pieces of gear.

Also wish there were more choices of customization, druid basically looked like fat Tom cruise.

Did you play as druid, cause that would explain why you had trouble. :stuck_out_tongue:

i did that quest as a druid using only 2 skills earth strike and lightning storm. i thought for sure i would not complete it but on first try it took a LOT of time BUT somehow i managed to get pass it (on veteran). i had to change build afterwards because what i was currently using was not getting it done in a fast confident way at least. if one build is not working for 0.P. then i suggest try another until something feels like it will work for you.

I literally don’t remember what she did in that fight, and I played through it the first time on my rogue too. It couldn’t have been that hard.

My sorceress ate this boss in like less the 30 seconds, with +1 hydra legendary. I am told there is quite a discrepancy between ranged and melee. Rogues at 25 were soloing Ashava, though, that was nuts!

I’m just assuming that this is a troll post.

Are you serious, how do you even manage to die in this fight?

I rushed the main story once and if you get there as soon as possible the boss is a pushover. At release I’ll get all the main quests done asap because it seems to spawn the most troubblesome bosses.

Twirly McFrost Goat… I’m dying :joy: :joy: :joy:

Hahahaha. Nice lie, but the aspect gives you 2 warriors not mages. Try again after you played it and not just sprouting some random nonsense… Even if it should be close to the truth

outside of the incredibly telegraphed attacks the boss really doesn’t seem to do much damage. i didn’t even use a potion. blood howl was all i needed.
