Nemesis Bracers, Mythical Gloves
50% Shrine Duration. (Clicking a shrine heals you to full and restores all resource.)
1 to All Skills per 25% bonus movement speed (so plus 4 max)
25% movement speed
20% Critical Power (This is critical strike damage and critical strike chance in one affix.)
Shrines will spawn either an enemy treasure goblin, the Butcher, 3 elites, or give you 2 bonuses instead of 1.
6.66% chance for all of these to happen.

How about some original ideas? No need to make this diablo 3.5
ITs already Diablo 3.5. Where have you been? WE are basically set items away from full D3.
Lets make a new game!! Since we have zero originality lets copy d3. The ineptitude is astounding with some of their decisions
