Need more Cowbell/Character Slots

What is the fair amount of character slots we need ? Currently we have 14 character slots.

Season 6 with Spiritborn,

6 Classes X 2 = 12 slots
6 Classes X 3 = 18 slots
6 Classes X 4 = 24 slots
6 Classes X 5 = 30 slots
6 Classes X 6 = 36 slots

When they add Paladin next expansion,

7 Classes X 2 = 14 slots
7 Classes X 3 = 21 slots
7 Classes X 4 = 28 slots
7 Classes X 5 = 35 slots
7 Classes X 6 = 42 slots

When they add Cowboy/Native Indian/Samurai/Assassin/Ninja far into the future,

8 Classes X 2 = 16 slots
8 Classes X 3 = 24 slots
8 Classes X 4 = 32 slots
8 Classes X 5 = 40 slots
8 Classes X 6 = 48 slots

You forgot space marines,temporal warriors, ai robotic scouts, biosynthetics

I think we have enough character slots. What we need is more stash space. Because in a sense, if they give us more character slots, most of us we’ll be using them as mules. So lets make it easier and better for everyone and give us more stash space instead.

with the armory finally coming what we need is more stash space. I only had multiple character for different builds but that is solved now. We only need one of each class as we can change builds now but, we will need the stash space to store full sets of gear for each build.

With the armory I would think 2 per class should be enough. I don’t want them to encourage mules, I would rather storage be fixed the right way.

This was justified in the 6 first seasons but they just announced armory, you do not need more than 2 x the amount of classes (sc+hc each).

Number of classes X 3 looks like a good number of character slots if you want to explore builds, not just meta, which I am more interested in than pushing.

In D3 we have 3 Regions, USA, EU and KR, 3 times the number of slots 17 X 3 = 54 slots, so I played according to main stat in each region. In US I played Barb and Paladin, in EU I played Sorcerer, Witch Doctor and Necromancer, In KR I played Demon Hunter and Monk. But now we don’t have region options anymore.

I gotta have more Cowbell baby !!
