Is there a way I can ask for help on creating an amazing Ice Shard build?
I remember with Diablo III you used to be able to post a link to your build/profile and people could look and offer advice, but I am playing on PS4, how do I post a link to my build?
Also, I am only really going off YouTube videos, I am Level 36, and I think (unless I am mistaken) the builds seem to be 50% equipment and 50% skills, now I definitely know I don’t have the equipment I don’t need that reinforced but is there an Ice Shard build that works without relying on equipment?
Umm, literally every major website that covers D4 content has an Ice Shards guide. Wowhead, Icy Veins, Maxroll, not to mention like every other content creator on YouTube.
