Well, If you are looking to go cheap, I would recommend Stitches Grave Side Beastro. You can order smaller portion sizes. And it only might cost you an arm or a leg. Which any necro worth their grave dirt would have handy.

Red Light District half the time is townsfolk with torches searching for cows. Necros no like burny burn so avoid that.
Ked Bardu Capitol itself is full of goodie goodie druids so no room to walk.
You know what avoid Ked Bardu.
Go to Fractured Peaks because that was her name inside The Red Light Disctrict!
(That joke works on the fractured level and the peak level!)
