The necromancer skill “Necrotic Carapace” is not granting me fortify when I create a corpse with bone spear or corpse explosion via lucky chance proc of the “Hewed Flesh” skill. I am only getting fortify from my skeletal reapers 15% chance to spawn a corpse.
