I am lvl 72 but I still can’t get a golum. I have max points in him but no way to assign so I can use him. Any ideas?
do the quest to unlock it, should be in quest long at 25
Also remember once you unlock him via the quest - he has to be added to the action bar. He is not included with the skeleton button. Otherwise no golem either.

Did the quest a long time ago. Just can’t find anything but golem mastery button so I can assign and use.
I believe the “assign skills” button should show you all available skills that you have and let you bind them to your controllers buttons. You can get here from the skill menu.
In that menu you should see both raise skeletons and raise golem skills. If you don’t have the golem skill, then you didn’t properly do the golem quest. You will need to revisit and complete that quest. Otherwise, if you have the raise golem skill, then make sure it is on the skill bar by assigning it to a controller button.
Your golem will not appear until the skill is on the bar just like how the previous post stated.
