I have 3 points in it and even have precision decay for +15 lucky hit, but I’ve never seen myself gain barrier. Tested on the dummies with blight (51% lucky hit) and CE (32% lh) for 5 minutes straight with no procs. No way I’m that unlucky with lh.
It’s procing for me. Very few times though,I need more lucky hit affixes. You should also use skills with high lucky hit chance. I found Sever to he the best, somehow DoT doesn’t proc well.
Dang that is really unfortunate, as they are listed as having pretty high lucky hit. definitely does not feel like their numbers are accurate so I feel like there’s some issue

You have to be scraping corpses. I think in the training you get no corpses. I proc very well for the barrier.
