Necromant imba hero?

Hi all. I am interested in the question why the necromancer imbalance?

I play a rogue and I press a lot of buttons to kill the Echo of Lilith. And the necromancer kills the boss in a couple of hits, ignoring all phases and mechanics.

Will there be an equal balance between classes???

I wish they wont touch necro in patchnotes before S1 in other way than buffing minions. Bone spear is working as intended.

There are three builds that when adjusted properly, obliterate Lilith. Blizzard into shards sorc, poison rogue and bone spear necro.

Is not class balance in general, many, many builds can do the non-aspirational content fine. Is just these builds that outperforms the “expected”. Also T100 NM is a sheet show of how you can cheese the game.

bro … literally everyone said at the begin its the weakest class … and still in pvp its okay but is way to slow to come close to a sorc or rogue.

the people in here are just to lazy to just READ STUFF … every class has a solid build for everything.
People dont want to play the game they just want to get everything for free.
Thats absolutly annoying … just collect stuff and gold and build new things … .thats all

I will seek the complete weakening of the necromancer. His damage is outrageous. No other class does so much instant damage.

Rogue complaining about other classes, no i’ve seen everything.

Rogue has the most valuable builds of any class.

These two aren’t even in the same dimension in terms of damage.

If anything, bosses need a health buff, along with buffing any underperforming skills. Using Bone Spear as a baseline, the game actually feels decent to play when the common mobs are not damage sponges.

All classes should have multiple builds with similar damage output, along with at least 5 to 10x boss health buff.

I can see where you’re going with this, but it’s just a workaround to nerfing the overperforming classes. Instead of nerf (cause everyone hates that word) we just buff the enemies. It’s essentially the same thing.

Close, but not quite. As I said, the Bone spear feels about right against more common mobs. So if the current best builds were to be nerfed, I’d say nerf nearly every enemy aside from world bosses too.

If you nerf the build and the enemies you nerf nothing. That’s basically just a stat / numbers crunch.

No its completly fine, onyl things they should do about classes are: buff minions, buff barbarian, buff sorcerer and maybe nerf rogue.

Could work, but I think it accomplishes the same thing as nerfing overperforming and buffing underperforming. Bottom line is they have a “baseline” damage every class should be able to achieve on their bossing vs farming builds as well as a cap (upper end)

As for the world boss thing, their drops are so bad they’re not worth doing. If anything they need to buff the drops on those guys and increase health by 100x

So we more or less agree what the outcome should be, we’re just arguing semantics on how to get there. lol.

Name these builds for everything available to a necro. Please have them be verifiably viable by people who know how to make builds and understand the game. If you can’t do that, you’re obviously lying here. I’ll wait…

Simple, unfortunately some of the necromancer’s skills are “broken” and obviously the players take advantage of them, if you watch the videos carefully you know what I’m talking about.
Personally I use the necro with the least performing build i.e. the pure minions and unfortunately they have removed the OP-rares including the Meldeln ring so I do very little damage … thanks to Blizzard and those who take advantage of the glitches.
