About 90% of that will never be implemented the the 10% will be implemented but bugged

The only problem I see with this suggestion is I would get absolutely no DIY done around the house, and my wife would leave me.

I would like to see them add some new minion aspects that change spell function. Just a random idea for an example:

  • Cannibalize

“corpse explosion no longer does damage, instead your minions gain x% increased damage for 7 seconds stacking up too 10. Miasma now heals your minions.”

to explain - corpse explosion still consumes a corpse, but does no damage, instead each time you use it, you stack a buff on your minions that scales their damage. In addition minions standing inside the miasma are healed for a set amount. no idea how lucky hit would work though lol.

or

  • Blighted imbuement

“Blight now empowers your minions attacks for 7 seconds dealing damage over time”

the explain - blight would no longer be cast, instead you would essentially buff your minions with each cast causing them to have a heavy DoT damage on top of their melee attack. This DoT damage would scaled based on minion modifiers, all the passive blight effects would still function as they do with the normal spell 15%[x] would still be applied etc. Also this damage would proc lucky hit.

I see these suggestions as a way to keep an active playstyle, keep lucky hit functioning as it does now, but allow players to really pursue the minion playstyle.

Revisiting this post after revealing everyone is getting a pet / golem that is exactly what necro has always wanted is a slap in the face.

As a Necromancer, the master of bending subjects to your will… your construct will have even more power…
This power will be realised by it gain absolutely none of your minion attack speed, minion damage modifiers and in addition your hundreds of paragon points spent empowering your army will have zero benefit to your construct insuring it hits for staggeringly low amounts.

well sign me up!

Ahahaha, yes. Instead of it being The Season of Minion Mastery, dedicated summoner builds will scale the worst.

And when everyone is a summoner… NOBODY WILL BE!
