i’m playing bloodwave and it’s really great in pits, but when it comes to speedfarming (helltides, headhunts, infernal horde etc) it’s terrible, it feels very slow and clunky
i’m thinking about making a build just for speedfarming (thanks to armory i can swap between that and bloodwave) and since i really like the playstyle of dance of knives rogue, i’d like to make something similar (move around the battlefield and watch everything die)
maybe soulrift necro is the answer? what do you think?
Blood Surge works pretty well for speed farming…

Nope. With Cruor’s Embrace Blood Surge is way better. You need Soulrift in the build but just for essence upkeep and barrier generation. I understand why you think Soulrift would be better but in reality it’s even more clunky to maintain good damage output with it.

With Deathspeaker ammulet you can use your minions too to spread Blood Surge.
