I beta’ed the Druid. It’s a weak class. Everyone screams BUFF necro, because everyone is BIASED towards their favorite class. But as a Werebear, your telling me it’s measly damage output doesn’t do anything? I mean you can literally slash and watch a rogue do more BASE damage, and you are supposedly a steroid infused BEAR. It’s ridiculous.
A bear by it’s nature should be able to swipe a single enemy across the map. It’s weak, pure and simple. It’s a cosmetic buff more than anything.
Give the Necromancer a 10000 undead army buffed and ready to go because everyone wants to be necro. Then they want to complain when it gets nerfed, because we all know skeleton joints are held together by steel.
Give me a break, sweaty nerds who favor necros are calling the shots, while Druids eat crap. They say it’s a end game class that is strong, yeah right…
What’s the strongest class? It’s what everyone plays and biases, the Necro.
I didn’t even see a single barbarian in the Beta, not 1. Everyone was practically Necro. Wonder why that is? Because people think undead armies are cool and that’s what they want to be, and they think their skeletons should be invincible.
Ridiculous. Don’t let bias make an OP class like Necro. Just because they favor a Necro doesn’t mean they should be end all.
Werebears are cosmetic. You need the rock shield buff to even keep yourself alive. It’s a cosmetic buff, and the main attack? SLOOOOOOOOOW. Bears are fast creatures.
But in Diablo 4 your Werebears arms are the equivalent of semi trucks, and the damage is the equivalent of practically nothing.
This is ridiculous. If your going to have him swipe so slow, at least buff the damage some.
As far as Necros, fix it. Their Skeletons should be moderately resilient. That’s the key, and the game should punish your resiliency based upon areas, magics, and enemy type. Necros should be good, but against certain creatures they should be severely challenged.
Sorcerer? I think it’s just fine, although the shield is a bit much. It’s a powerful class, I saw a sorcerer build tanking in beta. Like, a hard area I was a Werebear and the sorcerer ran straight first into melee. I was like… ‘Well guess this guy doesn’t really need a tanky bear around, seems his magic protects him well enough.’ Maybe it protects him a little too much? Especially facing down melee elites?
Rogue? Base damage should be lower but crits should still be there. It’s FAST, consider that. Like extremely fast so the base damage, well, use common sense.
Barbarian? I can’t comment. I didn’t see a SINGLE barbarian.
And that’s all I have to say about this game…
