Necro is OP, Druid is UP

I beta’ed the Druid. It’s a weak class. Everyone screams BUFF necro, because everyone is BIASED towards their favorite class. But as a Werebear, your telling me it’s measly damage output doesn’t do anything? I mean you can literally slash and watch a rogue do more BASE damage, and you are supposedly a steroid infused BEAR. It’s ridiculous.

A bear by it’s nature should be able to swipe a single enemy across the map. It’s weak, pure and simple. It’s a cosmetic buff more than anything.

Give the Necromancer a 10000 undead army buffed and ready to go because everyone wants to be necro. Then they want to complain when it gets nerfed, because we all know skeleton joints are held together by steel.

Give me a break, sweaty nerds who favor necros are calling the shots, while Druids eat crap. They say it’s a end game class that is strong, yeah right…

What’s the strongest class? It’s what everyone plays and biases, the Necro.

I didn’t even see a single barbarian in the Beta, not 1. Everyone was practically Necro. Wonder why that is? Because people think undead armies are cool and that’s what they want to be, and they think their skeletons should be invincible.

Ridiculous. Don’t let bias make an OP class like Necro. Just because they favor a Necro doesn’t mean they should be end all.

Werebears are cosmetic. You need the rock shield buff to even keep yourself alive. It’s a cosmetic buff, and the main attack? SLOOOOOOOOOW. Bears are fast creatures.

But in Diablo 4 your Werebears arms are the equivalent of semi trucks, and the damage is the equivalent of practically nothing.

This is ridiculous. If your going to have him swipe so slow, at least buff the damage some.

As far as Necros, fix it. Their Skeletons should be moderately resilient. That’s the key, and the game should punish your resiliency based upon areas, magics, and enemy type. Necros should be good, but against certain creatures they should be severely challenged.

Sorcerer? I think it’s just fine, although the shield is a bit much. It’s a powerful class, I saw a sorcerer build tanking in beta. Like, a hard area I was a Werebear and the sorcerer ran straight first into melee. I was like… ‘Well guess this guy doesn’t really need a tanky bear around, seems his magic protects him well enough.’ Maybe it protects him a little too much? Especially facing down melee elites?

Rogue? Base damage should be lower but crits should still be there. It’s FAST, consider that. Like extremely fast so the base damage, well, use common sense.

Barbarian? I can’t comment. I didn’t see a SINGLE barbarian.

And that’s all I have to say about this game…

Congratulations, that opinion means nothing.

Druid is slow to start off yes, but I’ll reserve any judgment until after we have access to our spirit boons and more of the skill tree.

Werebear is weak? HA HA HA HA HA. 1 punch bear. (pulverize) maybe look it up. Thats an OP build. People are complaining about the necro’s pets, which got a nerf, when its already been shown at end game pet builds are completely worthless.

Over here crying that werebear is weak. What rubbish. Sounds like you’re biased towards the bear, but say that necro’s cant complain about a pos nerf for level 20-25 beta. when closed beta (level 50) says they are crap at endgame.

Damn we all must just be taking and hallucinating. Thats not a 1 shot werebear. nope not at all.

Talk about Brains? HAHA. Kid thats really funny. Not. You’re the one sitting here crying that a bear isnt powerful WHEN the proof exists that you’re full of it. “oh noes the normal attack is low!!” Yeah… because your weapon damage is low.

Maul: 20% of your DAMAGE.
pulv: 50%

But numbers seem to be too hard for you to understand kid.

Wearbear is actually in a great place. and so is barb. come back and tell me how much you were wrong once the game goes live ok.

A lot doesnt seem to understand that a minion army is supposed to be disposable.

First patch notes. Wheres the nerf kid?
" Companion Skills will now deal heavily increased damage.
All Ultimate Skills have had their cooldowns reduced.
Usability improvements have been made to Maul and Pulverize. (oh look a BUFF!)
Using a non-Shapeshifting Skill will transform a Druid back into their human form.
"

Second set of changes after server slam.

Maul
Generate Spirit: 11 14
Lucky Hit Chance: 33% 30%

Enhanced Maul]
If an enemy is hit by Maul, then Fortify for 1% 2% of your Base Life.

Wild Maul
Maul has a 10% 20% chance to Knock Down enemies for 1 second.

Fierce Maul
Increases the range and radius of Maul by 30% 25%.

Wheres the base damage nerf kid? Come on. We’re waiting.

You seem to talk alot of crap. but wont back it up.

Sure sure kid. There was NO NERF before or AFTER server slam. except to “lucky hit chance” by -3%

Again. You’re whining about a non existent nerf. But say Necro’s cant complain about something? Thats severally laughable.

Base damage was the same for all the beta’s and server slam. Oh and I did do druid werebear. tested a multitude of builds. Werebear was by far in the top 3 strongest.

Man you need to learn to read.and comprehend.

Now… you say I’m a moron… what BASE DAMAGE have you been talking about since your first post? Oh right… werebear base damages.

How do we know? PATCH NOTES TELL YOU IF IT CHANGED. I gave you both patch notes, proving there was no change to werebear skill’s base damage per skill.

Oh look another muppet that doesn’t do their do diligence and actually read up and watch videos on classes.

Ya that type of response just proves my point. You typed this big bloated post not even knowing the subject matter.

While I think all classes should feel good from the start, I am pretty sure Druid is going to be S tier endgame. Probably feel strong by mid levels.

You say that with such ignorance… if you actually did some research you would know that the druid class is one of the best scaling classes in the game. That bear skill pulverize can hit for well over 200,000 a hit at end game. You would aslo know that necromancee pet builds were considered worthless in nightmare dungeons that they had poor scaling by closed beta testers.

You can live in ignorant bliss all you want but if you actually want to have a discussion how about educate yourself first.

You are flat out wrong, even the devs said that druids are one of the most powerful end game class…

I played all the class to 25 in the first
two betas and druid and necro and sorc to 20 in the third. You are wrong.

You just a ignorant muppet spouting bs.

Something that I think is being overlooked with the Druid is that we did not have access to the class mechanic because the quest for it is in a different zone. That may be part of the reason the class feels underwhelming.

Hmm… seems the only ignorant one here is you as multiple people have told you your wrong. You’re just to mentality deficient to comprehend what the adults are telling you.

Base damage was not changed by blizz.

ofcourse your pulv wasnt 1 hit. you didnt built it properly. you cant even tell the difference between devs changing base damage. and your damage being crap because you cant build your character.

It’s okay to just admit you’re a mook.

I honestly haven’t tried a werebear yet, so I can’t give feedback. I tried an Earth magic and Wind Magic build, and both were decent once I had some decent gear, but early part of the game was a struggle on tier2.

They didnt nerf anything, you was shown the proof, but your ignorance is unbound.

Also, learn the difference between “your” and “You’re” You keep calling everyone idiots and morons, but you dont know the difference between those two words.
