Blizz got rid of a lot of the garbage with requiring keys to post, sadly the system isnt working perfectly.

It would be something right out of Diablo Immortal, so I find that plausible, but unlikely.
I don’t think sigils will be extremely common at least the most difficult ones. I think it will be something you get with the premium battle pass, you will get a stack of sigils, or you could get a random chance to get a higher level sigil from a lower level dungeon but you will probably be able to just purchase a stack of sigils.
What players really want is diversity in skills and classes. If they made Diablo 4 more like a moba with a roster of different classes that would be cool but that would get pay2win too. If you don’t purchase some op new class then you will be at a disadvantage.
That would be a Diablo Immortal kind of thing, I think your expectations are colored by that. Making sigils purchasable is just a total reach. They’d sooner sell boosts.

Didn’t they say that if you defeat a nightmare sigil dungeon, you get another sigil? I assume a higher level one.
Isn’t there also a system to salvage them to craft different/better sigils? Dunno that they’ll be that rare if we are meant to salvage them.
