same problem mine is saying 19/20 has not completed even tho i did complete everything 20/20 is saying ive only done 19/20 but in game its saying 42/44 quest completed anyone able to help im rly want that mount lol
Whew, I’ve been running around the game and reading quest guides for hours trying to figure out what I missed. Oh, and BTW Blizz, no title reward after completing “New Again” either. Being 19/20 with a bugged quest holding me back is messing with my ocd 
You do not need the completion of Coiling Fate to get the other achievements, including Nahantu Folk Hero. It just means you are missing one of the side quests. Unfortunately, only you could know which ones you have completed if you were keeping track.
Yep, seems they have updated the renown tracker. I have all the achievements except Coiling Fate, used to be at 35/35 and am now at 43/44. I haven’t done a thorough run through everything since the patch, only a quick peek in each zone but I don’t see anything, no idea what I could be missing…
I’m curious, does anyone have 44/44, or are we just missing one?

It’s possible. You are missing one of the side quests, most likely one of the random drops, or one of the shrines.

How? I even made a new alt charter just to complete Coling Fate and Nahantu folk Hero Achivments my mine did not work.

This is the quest i have ben completing with notis of Quest complated mark.
To track it down this time for my secound time, i did choose to take print screen on every singel time Quest Complete with the name of the quest so i cold remember with quest i have ben completing for try figure out what failes.

I saw you mentioned in the other thread that you repeated The Cat-Eye Curse on other characters twice until it counted.
Someone mentioned this quest only counted for them once they did it by picking it up from the dead body in Putrescent Larder dungeon (they had to reset the dungeon a few times until they found the body), as apparently it can also be completed without getting it from there first.
Do you remember by chance if maybe that was the problem, like did you only get it from the dungeon the third time you did it?
Did it tree times, first was in the mine charter, secound time i did it with the sorc, and treede times i did it with the Druid, and run to to Putrecent Lader with i allways did, but the last time i killed the butcher and he droped it, then it was working. The first and secound time i did it by pick it up frome some body.
But now i finnly got the Achivments Folk hero so i no longre need to do any more runes more then mabye the Everithing old first and secound part and the New Again!
When Blizzard has got time to fixa the bug.
First time it was arount the time when everybody did write it was bugged, secound time i do not remember if i did it just before the patch was rulling out claiming some bugged achivments got fixt, it was the reason why i did it one more.
Coiling Fate has no effect on your side quest renown. You are missing 2 side quests. Nahantu Folk Hero is also not bugged. Those skulls are merely an indication of the relative difficulty of the challenge, not an indication of completion.

Coiling Fate supposedly getting fixed in patch on tuesday 19th, fingers crossed it will be retroactive as well 
- Fixed an issue where the Coiling Fate achievement did not properly track progress after completing the Everything Old quest.
Edit: Unfortunately it’s not retroactive. Some people did it with an eternal character and that seems to work now, but I think you need some campaign progress to even access that village (my lvl 20 alt from season start wasn’t able to get to it because of roadblocks), so the easiest way is probably to create a new character, skip campaign and just do the 3 quests.
It’s so weird/bugged…
I have done challenge for complete all side quest in Nahantu (20/20), but on the map track i have only 42/44
it’s not bugged, but yes it’s weird. as you see yourself, the achievement only requires 20 of the quests. here’s a list of quests that are easily missed, check those because you are missing some.
I was 43/44. Found my last missing Q “The Tenets of Depravity: Light Be With You” by talking to the Knight Penitent in Kyovashad.
I’ve completed all side quests in Nahantu, including the secret ones. Got all the achievements, but tracker in region summary stays at 43/44. The problem for me is Two Endings, blue marker stays on screen, but quest cannot be completed. I’ve interacted with both the pillar and the gravestone. Is there any workaround for this one?
Appeal of Faith is definitely broken. Despite completing it, the challenge doesn’t unlock, and I think that’s the last one needed to complete Nahantu folk hero.
There is no fix in 2.1 and I don’t think these achievements will retroactively unlock.
Are you talking about the Fatal Harvest challenge? Did you TP out of zone and back (twice)? It’s a series of 4 quests:
- The Appeal of Faith
- Deafened Mourning
- Final Rite
- By Their Fruits
The last one doesn’t spawn in the settlement where you get the other 3, but outside and to the north-west.
I had no issues unlocking it once I figured this out. And it was also what I was missing for Nahantu Folk Hero.
All the quest-related challenges were fixed last season, the last one (Coiling Fate) with mid-season patch 2.0.5. The aspect-related challenge that was still buggy (Field of Giants Delver) was fixed now with season 7 patch 2.1 (so they said, can’t check because I got mine last season by using a workaround).
I did a 100% run after S7 start on HC where I was still missing Nahantu renown and tracked my progress, confirming previous lists posted here.
There are a total of 45 side quests:
- entering a zone (look at the outlines on the map) should reveal all available quests there, which you haven’t yet picked up (except for the drop-based and hidden ones)
- this list is ordered (roughly) as if going through Nahantu in a U-shape, from Kurast Docks all the way to Kichuk
- chains, drop-based (2 total) and hidden (4 total) quests are marked as such
Sacrament of the Faithless questline (Madness Subdued challenge):
- Tenets of Depravity - Sacrament of the Faithless
- Tenets of Depravity - An End to Suffering
- Tenets of Depravity - Companion to Madness
