In my opinion the mythic unique drops should be shifted away from that uber boss illness.
People running them for hours in groups because in groups only one person needs the mats, so its a disadvantage for solo players.
And are they fun to run them for hours? Not at all.
Let uber uniques drop everywhere at a decent droprate (1% or something) and not at 0,000000000001%.
And reduce the droprates by -90% from uber bosses.

One guy just makes crap up because it helps explain his worldview, the next guy hears it declared with such confidence and believes it, and then weāre off to the races.

I got bunch of mythics this season. So far the best season to get these items.
In previous seasons I was lucky to get a couple. Oddly enough all the Mythic drops are being done by Tormented Duriel. He is being so generous, a few times I got two Mythics in one run. For some reason he likes to drop the Melted Heart of Selig. I probably had 10 of those that became sparks. The only Mythic Iām missing is the Ring of Starless Skies.
Unfortunately no GA affixes just normal.

The gameās drop rate has many problems, with the boss, blacksmith, occultist, boss repeating too much, EVERYTHING that involves this crap has problems

Yeah I finished the season with about 45 in 250 runs. Yes, some people do get into a slump of bad luck. This is an arpg and RNG is a thing.
I am usually not the lucky one, but the goblin event gave me so many boss mats that I had a LOT more chances than usual. Probably 200 more tries than I normally would have. It was glorious. Also got my stones from the hordes level 7 and 8 as you suggested. I also donāt group up, and I know that lowers my number of tries vs others who do.
Most of my Ubers came from Andariel this season. Not one from Zir or Duriel. I actually got a mythic double drop on Grigoire, a plain shako and a tyrial w a health GA. I was NOT expecting any, let alone two at once!
It -sucks- to read about / see other people getting them when youāre not. But as I can say from personal experience, if you have the boss mats and stones, just keep going and you will get one. For me it took 4 seasons!!
Tyrael Might does not have health on it.
It can, i saw all my friends in S3 get both unique tuning stones in under 30 runs. It took me 300, yet S3 I think I got 4-5 shakos lol.
I saw my friend get a 4ga ross this season and im still jelly.

yeah ive been real lucky this season, 3 Mythics from about 20 tormented duriel/andariel runs and 2 from around 40 lower ladder boss runs. But no * on them, and its pretty crazy to think about farming the items just to do more runs in hope they will drop a better one. Thats just ive got no life kinda crazy.
Course, you could always ātradeā for the materials.
I crafted 6 items and hit shako CD GA on my very first craft and 3 crits on CD easy too.
Then opposite weird luck happened and every Tyrael Might I got that had a GA it was always max resists making me sad.
at least all mythics will have 1 guaranteed GA so just collect as many sparks as possible now and in S6 you can craft new mythics with good chances to get 2-4 GA versions.
Roughly 40-50 runs before i see the first purple item.

Nope, just pray to RNGesus. Definitely do not need a higher drop rate if thats where you are headed. Game is easy enough already
