I can’t imagine I am the only person to feel like having to use so many runes to make a mythic unique is reasonable. I am over level 200 paragon. I have run at least a few dozen different bosses in addition to all other activities and I only have 3 total legendary runes. I don’t even have 6 of any rare either. I will probably get a mythic unique I want from a boss before I have enough runes to craft one.
Do a couple of Undercity runs using tribute of harmony.
You get 4 radom runes of any rarity at the end.
This. I’m trying to get my Tyraels without having to buy runes from other players at ridiculous prices. Do the Undercity runs. You’ll get there eventually.
The new system is good and bad.
We reduced mythic crafting down to 2 sparks from 4.
But here is the caveat…
Classic blizzard.
I got 2 natural lith runes in over 200 paragon. That includes about 30-40 tribute of harmony runs.
Just pay 5 bucks and get your 6 runes with RMT, best decision you’ll ever make
In the harmony runs you get many runes. You can also try your luck at the jeweler and craft new runes. This way i also got Lith runes.
It took some time but felt great when i finally got it. I have so many good drops i could sell and trade the hell out of the stuff but i farm everything on my own otherwise it wont feel like any accomplishment to me.
I play DIV exactly for this item hunt and slaying monster of course.
It’s should be three or four different runes. Like a runeword in Diablo II. Plus the sparks.
This 666 crap is lazy clever but come on.
I think each Rune’s tooltip should be updated so it shows what Mythic it can craft…
I completely agree, there was no reason to change the 4:1 they had, except to make runes relevant, considering their lazy implementation. They aren’t rune words they are rune syllables.
I’ve yet to find a reason to use runewords over hard stats and crit damage gems. They’re just not that good. Maybe as a non-barb the ones that invoke barb shouts are, but otherwise I find them pointless.
