I have maxed map and renown on my main, logged in on the 18th, and again today before making my seasonal character. But when I made my new character, my renown is at like 5% complete, and I do not have all my altars it would seem.
This has halted my seasonal journey, and my interest in the game for now. I feel crappy.
same problem without renown/altar
We were supposed to log in to our main character just to make sure everything transferred across, but I can’t even log in to my main character… Blizzard WTF man are yous trying to destroy the game before it’s had chance to really take off? Sort your mess out man…
My friend has the same issue right now. His whole map progress is wiped. Mine is working fine
Yeah something seems really borked here. On my main in the eternal realm, I finished level 5 in all areas of the map, including having found all lillith statues. Just started a seasonal character, and some of the renown transferred over but not all - I’m halfway through level 3 for all areas, and even though the map says that all lillith statues have been found, I don’t have the skill points or stat bonuses from having found them.
login on your main, then create a fresh new season character, it worked for me
I already did that. Like I said, the new seasonal character only got like half of my renown. The Lillith statue bit has to be a glitch because the map says I’ve claimed all the lillith statues (it says this both in the renown window and on the map itself - every lillith statue is claimed. But I don’t have the rewards (skill points and stats) from any of the lillith statues.
I appear to have my map progress, alters and such but my renown is not what it should be so i cannot get the talents and so forth. Please fix
Edit: potion count is also not carried over.
I have the same problem. I logged on my main on the 18th and it had everything done. New seasonal character and only map renown transferred.

Same. Have been logged in with my main (and only) Eternal character since the 18th many times. Only the first two tiers of renown are unlocked on my seasonal character. Not was I was expecting.
I had the same problem over here. I logged on my main character and then made a new seasonal one and my altars were back.
