If they haven’t done anything about it yet, it’s likely they won’t. Best he can do is send in a ticket but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

s1 they got me with no confirmation bp unlock.
this season with bp changes, they just simply took away the unlock i got with voh ultimate all together with zero compensation.
