So before the patch, I had the perfect roll of 10% less duration. After the patch I got the lowest duration instead of the longest at 24%.
Oh well. Time to farm

Wow, super annoying. Not another one of these things again like they had with enchanted affixes!!!
Another reason to hoard aspects to prevent these issues after a patch.
I got backups of this Serpentine aspect. My bet it’s the same issue. Needs to be refarmed. Let me check.

Wow. The ones that I extracted with perfect rolls had gone the opposite way.
In practice this isn’t a big deal since I often cast Hydras anyway and rarely it goes to the full duration even before the patch but still sucks for folks who rely on the duration.
The unextracted ones are have the correct duration
