The obol vendor in every hub city. Was able to get all the uniques for my build throughout the leveling process from them. And uniques popped up surprisingly quickly too. Usually in the first five items.
This is a huge help since I run Druids. Almost every Druid build needs at least three uniques to function. Getting things online earlier was a great help! (Most Druid builds requiring uniques to function is an issue I hope they’ll address at some point.)
