Not sure I understand…you do not get anymore as 100 is the cap level.
Lilith shrines are the only other way.
In the paragon board, they have just stopped even though i’ve lots of empty spaces on the boards
Do you actually have a number showing unassigned?
150 assigned so far, i’m still getting them with my 2 other seasonal characters, My Sorcerer is bugged 
Thats not how it works. You’re not supposed to fill the whole board. You get a total of 225 Paragon points between leveling to 100 and the Lilith statues. You have to use the points selectively to optimize the best choices for your build.
