Step 1. Show the PvP community some love by changing the 2 PvP zones to monsters that scale +50 of your level in wt4. Boom, now the PvP player is rewarded for their time to some real capacity.
Step 2. Make a boss that spawns when 25,000 shards are turned in. Make it the echo of the PvP boss but much harder and give a region wide alert.
PvP is suppose to be end game content. You are not suppose to be able to walk into PvP with non BIS builds with sub par non BIS rolls and even be any degree of competitive. It’s a fairy tale.

A boss timer change won’t do anything. PvP is too primitive. Apparently the only time it was remotely successful was in Diablo II before WoW when there was a lack of options and a lot of attention was channeled into that game. The market has moved on, it is far more competitive, diverse, and relatively speaking advanced. The concept is dated. If you’re going to do something significant you need to innovate.

the answer to the riddle is a specific structure in Prague. You can solve the riddle using the picture as it illustrates a time of year and by labeling positions of certain things in the sky relative to the structure in Prague. The image however doesn’t relate to the structure directly, it does however also tell many other stories.
I solved it with the help of the background and figuring out astrological positions. Pretty easy stuff.
