Alright, sounds like you figured it out. Have a good one.
There is a feeling that those who make the game do not play it.
In order not to run to the city every 5 minutes, you could simply enter some kind of item so that you could use it to break up garbage right in the inventory.
Make such a complex paragon and not give the opportunity to save the completed builds. At least 3,5,7 or an infinite number of boards to save.
Otherwise, let’s play dungeons now and then go to PvP or Lilith. And all this will take a lot of time when remaking the paragon. For 95% of players, remaking a paragon is simply a nightmare.
And the mannequin had to be introduced immediately!! well, or together with the paragon. Because only now can we finally look at our damage under what changes
Picking up Legendaries only is actually wrong. The correct way to get stronger in this game is to pick up Yellows.
How are you people even playing this game and not running out of gold?! Do you people not play with builds? Do you not experiment with builds? Just copy-pasta the top build you see on the internet? If that’s how you people play I get not picking stuff up and not running out of gold. But I run out of gold enchanting when things start hitting 5M per pop, so I always go back to the bloodhunt to get more gold.
lack of character build profiles is the real issue. It’s crazy they still aren’t allowing it.
If you had say 3 or 5 profiles per character, where you can store paragon, skill and gear and switch on the fly, it would solve a lot of problems.
Play some Diablo 2 to brush up on your inventory management skills ![]()
I doesn’t fix this issue though. You will still have to sort through a wall of items but it will just clog up your stash.
The fix is to have a loot filter so you only pick the useful (for you) loot.
Best way to fix the problem in two steps:
- remove unpopular trash affixes from the game
- decrease overall item drop chances
As a result we will get less items but also less trash. We’ll get Items with good afixes
also getting an item will be more rewarding the less drops we have
or, as mentioned above - Loot Filters
Then you’ll run out of mats like ores for example.
Just pick up and salvage everything
You mean like colecting loot in aRPG. Your are the new Exiled at this forum… you really reached your lvl of your master.
There is a difference between getting gear/loot and keeping everything you find.
It is not a difficult concept to understand.
Read one more time what OP typed. Slowly.
It was not difficult to undestand.
Yep. Saw it.
Pack rat picking up everything.
I get it.
Why bother picking up everything…aka pack rat.
If in T4, Pick up legendaries only. There is no point (other than upgrade mats) to pick up yellows in T4 when you will never use that for min/max gear.
I read that he tried only picking up legendaries, but was running into the same problem. I highly doubt he is filling his inventory with legendaries after 1 run. If he is, i would like to do some runs with him. So just sift through the 4 or 5 legendaries in between runs so as not to have a “wall” of gear to sift through.
If gear is already min/max then there is no point picking up anything….and you don’t need to pick anything up anyway because legendaries and uniques that drop will be auto sent to your stash as “missed”. So literally there is no gear to sift through at all.
So why is there an inventory/stash space problem?
What the duck?
How exactly are you actually finding good gear if you’re not picking up rares?
The fix for the stash problem, has to be:
Do a complete rework of storing legendary aspects!
Most place in the stash is filled by items we store because we need the aspect… maybe… somewhere… somehow…
The aspect inventory with ~20 slots is just garbage and not in the near of a solution for this… we have to be able to store as many aspects as we want.
Than the stash problem will be gone.
It’s just plain dumb. We need a loot filter so we can config what we want to loot. Whenever I move from one tier to another I found the stuff I’m going to use fairly quickly until the next world tier change. As someone said above, you fill up the inventory at least 10-15 times until you find something worth upgrading or aspect with better stats. I don’t want to play “sorting out the inventory” I want to kill monsters and a loot filter.
Yes, I agree that we need loot filter, too.
