I’ve spent quite a bit on cosmetics for multiple classes and I’m sure most agree they are a bit expensive. But that isn’t my point.
What if, instead of only buying full sets, there can be a one piece of armor equipment or one type of any weapon to sell. My inspiration is from Dota 2. While that game does sell full sets, they also sell individual armor and weapons. While this may seem cheaper I actually ended up spending even more money trying to mix and match weapons and armor which makes it a little more customized for me, or any player. Its just a thought but wondered what you all think of that. As of right now I tend to buy multiple sets for my barbarian and mix and match items to make my barb look unique but I tend to hesitate more often due to the fact that something I want is included in a full set and I may only want one thing from it. I’d probably spend a little more if I can buy individual pieces here and there. Not saying you need to break up the existing sets but maybe introduce items individually along with full sets. It would make the shop much more interesting at least for me.

My idea is to SELL A COMPLETE SET. This is especially horrible with Barb; the only themes with a complete set of weapons is Death Toll and a few others.
That’s fair. I’m not throwing shade but I didn’t like the Death Toll set at all. I ended up buying the lord eater set for the helm, one handed swords, and tattoo. Brazen bull set for the 2 handed mace, gloves, boots and pants and the demon heart set just for the 2 handed sword. I bought 3 sets which I’m sure Blizzard loves but I honestly think I’d spend more in the long run if I can buy pieces individually. Not saying remove full sets just offer individual items as well.
not the first to ask for that. yea, id absolutely like that as well. often enough i purchased a set even tho i really only needed 1-2 pieces of it.
i think id have spent more if there was the option to purchase single parts, as i prefer to mix and match my stuff. However, it doesnt seem like blizzard wants that.

I agree and add that the prices of cosmetic sets are very expensive for a game that is paid and that we still pay for the battle pass. For us to start paying for cosmetics we already have to pay for the game.
Complaint made, let’s get to the point. I completely agree that it would be much more interesting to buy separate pieces and get a “discount” for getting the whole set, just like what we get from the free competitor.

i highly doubt theyll change the pricings, but at least we do get sales every now and then ^^
out of curiousity i checked yesterday. i purchased 4 skins simply because i wanted parts of it.
now its hard to say how much more id have spent if there was an option to purchase single things, but yea, i do often enough find myself wanting a head piece, or a weapon, or heck, even a tattoo and not getting it because im like… yeaaa not paying 25 bucks for the weapon ^^
