You should get an email that tells you the reason. The joystick has nothing to do with it.

ah , what country are you from ? my link was from korean’s but maybe you are from china ?
just go to Blizzard Support with the country you are from and submit a ticket
and keep submitting it until they allow it…IF you indeed didn’t cheat, bot, RMT or anything
i doubt it has to do with your joystick though.
i also heard that sending it to the diablo 3 support service will make it more probable to get a human answer.

the only thing i can tell you is to keep trying until they tell you the reason (even if the first ticket was denied, keep trying, some people got unbanned after 5 or 6 attempts)
or to try asking the diablo 3 support service while stating it’s about D4 because i heard it gave better answer (even though it seem weird)
what i can tell you is that don’t have anything to do with joystick or gametime
maybe you traded with players that were duping their gold ?
