My Diablo 4 Season 4 feedback

Thanks for one of the best gaming experiences in my life!
Diablo IV Season 4 has been a blast so far. I like the leveling experience.
I love the loot improvements. It’s not (yet) perfect, but it’s very close.
The pet picking up gold and cinders is a briljant Quality of Life addition to the game.

Below are some small suggestions and ideas to make the game even better.

Suggestions

  • Don’t let Obols on the ground disappear
  • Make it easier to distinguish between One Greater Affix (GA), Two GA and Three GA items in your inventory
  • Salvaging a GA item gives the player a special material that allows one more temper attempt on top of the maximum attempts
  • Remove the Diablo IV PRE-PURCHASE tag from the shop if you have already pre-ordered a version of the expansion
  • Let Living Steel and other Summoning materials stack up much higher, for example to 250
  • It’s very easy to get 1000+ Living Steel in Season 4, would be nice if there was a way to efficiently convert this to Shards of Agony outside of summoning and defeating Grigoire 200+ times
  • There are Nightmare Dungeons you can access only if you conquer a Stronghold first: if possible give players access straight away to these Nightmare Dungeons when playing Season
  • Don’t drop a Tempering Recipe if you already know an equal or higher version of that Tempering Recipe

Item Ideas

Kira’s Guardian

  • +50% Resistance to all Elements

Your resistances beyond the resistance cap increase your damage with that Element.

Ice Climbers

  • +50% Cold Resistance
  • +20% Impairment Reduction

You cannot be slowed. Your bonus to Impairment Reduction increases the damage and duration bonus of your mobility skills.

Que-Hegan’s Wisdom

  • +3 To All Passive Nodes

Your Generator and Core Skills deal 75% less damage and your other skills deal 75% more damage.

Miscellaneous

  • The Control Impairment Reduction tooltip currently mentions Knockdown is excluded as well as included

Forgot to mention this one, but please let the amount of gem material being dropped by monsters be based on the Monster Level and let monsters with Monster Level higher than level 100 drop more gem material than the current maximum amount, proportional to their level.

Yeah it is currently tied to player level probably with the logic of you cant use X gem until X level. Mat drops should always be tied to mob level as a reward for downing that level mob. I agree

to be fair, obols are one of the things I want auto set to my stash the way legendaries are.

I puposefully leave legendaries in the ground because I simply dont want them anymore. But obols, would love to be sent to stash.

Agree, boss mat stacking needs to be MUCH much higher. In a game where they cannot get implement stash and inventory correctly (at all), we are forced to have 4/5/6/7 stacks of 50 of a single boss summoning item? Bump it up to 999

I’ll add a suggestion:
I love strongholds. I love the mini-story & themed areas they give. Give us a reason to do them. Maybe a cosmetic per stronghold (Strongold A gives a helm cosmetic, Stronghold B gives a chest cosmetic, and so on). Complete all strongholds for the set of cosmetic.
