Guys, all my transmogs (mounts, weapons and armor), and all the collectibles I got from the Constructors Season Battle Pass, are gone! It’s as if I hadn’t collected them, but I completed the entire pass and was even using the items on my characters.
I was about to buy the new expansion when I came across this situation. Why are my transmogs gone? Can you help me, please?
