My characters get renamed with every start of the game

Title pretty much says it all. I started my game this morning, my characters had the correct names. I restarted it in the afternoon, now all my characters have random names and change everytime I log in. Did I miss something?

Turn off Streamer Mode.
Options > Connect > Streamer Mode: Disabled
