This afternoon I was playing Diablo IV on which I had two saved characters, one of which I had played for around 40 hours. Today I decided to connect my battle.net account to my Xbox and consequently also to Diablo IV. As soon as I logged back into the game it made me start over without giving me my old characters. I would like to know if there is a way to recover my characters since I don’t want to lose a game with about 40 hours of gameplay in difficulty 3 . Im sorry for the bad english but there’s no italian support channel. Thanks for support.
