I Character is stuck in Cerrigar, the jump point to exit Cerrigar does not work. Press “space” at the jump point does nothing. I cannot use town portal either. Press"T" but the character is still there after casting the town portal. Tried logout but the character is still there when I log back in. NEED HELP.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve tried logging out, using various portals, etc. Nothing works. 
Hmm, oddly though none of the other portals I tried worked the one to the tree of whispers got me out.
i had two related issues. on my new sorc, my character is flagged as skip campaign mode. i did go to that area where you climb to the north of Cerrigar and got jammed trying to teleport out to any town. the temporary solution was indeed porting to the tree of whispers.
however, i completed the act 2 boss fight again on my Druid, who is doing the campaign and tried to port out of the area but failed to return to Cerrigar, but was jammed in that area (i think that area is the same zone). i managed to resolve that issue by porting to a different region/city. so i’m wondering if that area itself causes some strange flag to be set. i panicked a bit at first because i recognized that this could be a similar bug. unlike my sorc though, my druid did not have the option to port to the tree of whispers area. luckily, going to a different region/city resolved it. still scary thinking that my character could be wandering around in purgatory forever.

Same issue. I completed the campaign on my first character and thought I’d check it out on an alt. Cannot TP out and the jumping point does not work. Saw others coming and going just fine though. I relogged and the jump point worked, not sure if it was because I tried to TP the first time or what.
