This is my Blizzard and Meteors build.
It can easily clear T100 or uber boss, with good DPS and strong defences.

Note that meteor and blizzard spells don’t do any direct DPS (so just 1 point on skill tree - Adept Glyph is useless). Ice spike from Blizzard aspects do some damage when stack. It’s X’Fal proc that deal most damages (fire and cold).
So you want to make enemis burning and cold DOT from Blizzard to proc X’fal.
Notes :
- Ice blade give CDR and apply burning and vulnerability
- Ligning spears apply burning and vulnerability
- Meteors and Blizzard give also crowd control
- TP and flame shield proc Thibalt Pants’s bonus
- on key passiv : you can chose Vyr (for defence) or Shatter or Esu (for dps)
