My attempt at making "Noxious Resonance" work (HC Spirit Born build)

Heya,

I noticed a few people discussing how weak stinger was and I wanted to share a little showcase of my current stinger build on hardcore - currently able to do right up to 64 Pit effortlessly (working on a few more resistances before T4!) and infernal hoards are a breeze!

Extremely tanky for the hardcore obviously - packin over 10k hp + 10k fortify and a 3-5k barrier.

Gorilla/gorilla spirit.

Gear at the end for an idea of my setup!

Hope you like it and hopefully I can help people make a decision on something outside of the meta guides.

(Note: I went into this season blind (haven’t played in 3) and without looking up any guides or items so that everything has been a surprise and I’m utilizing whatever I’ve found thus far on my solo self-found HC journey!)

Dmg numbers are only showing Over-power / crit

This build is by no means fully min-maxed and I will share my T4 journey soon! (Assuming I don’t RIP!)

PS - STILL NO Scroll of Escape in my ENTIRE playthrough so far - What the heck?!

Noxious resonance is not bad at all, if anything performs way to well with how strong the two aspects are. Having insane amounts of crit damage and weapon damage makes it have a bonus if 3000%+. Hopefully they adjust the aspects before touching the passive in a future nerf.

Very nice build and yeah…I am doubtful of anyone saying a specific aspect of Spiritborn is weak at this current stage. Maybe the builds arn’t comparable to S tier builds but I am finding the few builds I played around with to be fairly strong and should be able to perform well in endgame.

dude the passive dmg buff is not working

Not sure I understand what you mean here. The passive damage of what? The dmg boost is applied to the explosion.
