this chest piece unique effect still doesnt work and has been broken and reported at the very least every season since i’ve noticed it and still hasnt been fixed even though you dev’s fixed blood lance to be more effective you havent checked that your own items work. please for the love of lilith fix this. the item is great as is but does not apply the fortify from blood being blood lanced mostly because it does not self blood lance at all.
