Mutilator Plate Changes (please)

Can we remove either healing received or total armor suffix and add in +3-4 ranks to Blood Lance? Would make the item twice as good.

Total armor seems not as bad as +willpower stat, in my opinion

i think we can expect a huge unique item overhaul for season 5, all uniques are pretty bad compared to the new legendaries in season 4.

At the very least I see them adding tempering to uniques at some point, even if they don’t give them good stats.

This is something that should be in the game. Legendaries are just way better than Uniques on average, especially due to tempering only being on legendaries.

actually, healing received is quite relevant. blood lance overpower only every 6th attack so it’s fixed and unmitigable. we can only improve attack speed to make it happen sooner, not more.

healing received improves blood orb healing as well. this improves rathma’s chosen. so within the 6 casts, we can squeeze in another overpower thanks to this key passive. and if we improve healing, we may squeeze in even more. don’t forget blood orbs heal based on max life. with high max life in loot 2.0 and hence high blood orb healing, we may be able to overpower more often.

i actually based on this notion and theory crafted an overpower hemorrhage build to try to overpower ever cast.

not trying to defend or whatnot but i think while the stats aren’t super preferable, they aren’t entirely useless either.

Attack speed is a relevant stat for overpower 1000%. Im not saying it shouldnt be on the item also but more ranks results in higher calculations from every other multiplier. There’s way to make the item good outside of what im stating but I think + Ranks to Blood Lance most certainly should be on the unique item.
