i have 10/10 slots full
i cant create seasonal character
so must i delete my characters to just play season?
because this is a really dumb design from a company for a game
so all the hard work and hours lecveling claases and different builds must just be deleted?
becuase there is no slots?

No. Your original characters will still be there, just gotta use one of the other nine slots for a seasonal build, that after three months will join the eternal realm once season is over. You do not need to delete your original character at any point.

Well then yes you will have to delete a character to create a seasonal one.
Unfortunately, 10 is the maximum number of characters total between the two servers.
Exactly has nothing to do with the seasonal mechanics, all slots filled is all slots filled…
It is dumb. They said they wanted to make the game in a way that players didn’t feel they would need more character slots or stash space. ALL they have said is that “seasonal characters will be made on the seasonal servers” implying they would be completely separate and roll over once the season ends. Deal with it.
To be entirely fair people using all ten of their slots what two months after launch is an outlier situation. Most casuals are barely finished ONE character, if you’re a try and see player still should only use five character slots… to have all ten filled at this point is just…

Well odd from a single user perspective. I suppose if ones copy of d4 is family shared using ten slots might be expected, still it’s hardly an average situation to expect to have enough slots to cater to a family of 6+ on one account 
Delete a character bud. You’ll survive.
I think many including me use other chars as mules for aspects and gear…
