Multiple specs/builds

It’s entirely stupid that we have to re-talent everything to explore a new spec. Blizzard: Why did you think this would be a good idea? It would have been great to have the wardrobe have an option to save your spec/build. Seasons are too short for some of us to make several of the same class.

Calm yourself it’ll be here by the expansion, or a year later, maybe several, but it’s coming as the developers have stated.

No thanks.

Not soon enough. It’s simply poor planning and development to have over looked such a simple thing.

Oh you poor sweet summer child, it goes well beyond that. You should look up the history of the making of D4, you’ll be in for a world of disappointment.

Your projections of insecurities is adorable.

Literally, it does not.

Why would I waste my time? They have decades of experience and data to go on and they have failed on so many levels.

Thank you Captain Obvious.

No armory is a big miss by Bliz esp as it was in D3 and we have PVP so each char has 2 potential needed builds right out of the gate.

@OP

What you want is on the way, already stated, but you’re still cranky it’s not now now now.

There is literally no way to take this other than whiney petulantism.

I’m sorry you don’t have it now, but just keep your list for Santa, Christmas is coming lil boy, is ok, you’ll get your wooby soon.

Ah, the classic projecting of one’s insecurities. Adorable.

Ahh the classic deflection of responsibility and truth, absolutely adorables.

Keep playing, please, I have all day.

Lol. Where? Show me where I deflected responsibility and truth.

Playing what? Oh, you’re one of those people that think they are winning the internet.

Well, they stated they were “technically limited” on adding stash tabs. We all see now that was a lie… the only limitation was they had not added stash tabs to the shop.

So I fully expect moving forward, with the recent survey, that a lot will be nickel and dimeing consumers. Sad to see. If it was free to play, here is all my money, unlock everything immediately… but massive box price and now this. Diablo franchise and blizzard was a lot of fun while it lasted. Past decade has been a speedy decline.

LOL wow, you’re salty over a forum post?

Do you seriously have that little going on in your life?

Grow up kid

I’d be ok with this current system if we could level 3 to 4 times faster and have more character slots.

As it is, it’s too hard to change specs and explore different builds.

I highly support some sort of a save system for our builds. That way you could not only save different builds, but save similar builds and compare them more easily.

My belief is that the original intention was to have the game take more cues from the older ARPGs which want you to play a “character” and not a “class” at a time. An armory system makes your one leveled character into the “entire class” because there is no real barrier or cost to swapping everything.

I am personally a proponent of this system because I just personally prefer having 1 character = 1 spec style of system; however, I’m also fine if they bring in the Armory system and it sounds like they will be from Blizzcon chat.

You consider asking a question (about an ignorant claim) as being “salty”? You deflected the question because you can’t answer it. You’ll deflect again.

Are you drunk?

Ah, the classic projection of insecurities. I’m, more than likely, older than you are. You should seek professional help from a psychologist or psychiatrist (most likely the latter so they can get you the right stuff to fix your chemical imbalances).

Saving builds is completely unnecessary. This is an A-RPG. You pick a build and that is it.
Sure, you can respec to try something else, in which case you pick a new build, and that is it.
Saving builds goes against the core design.

Indeed.

We definitely should have more character slots.
Already quite fast to lvl up though.

You must play the flavor of the month. Others would like to explore a bit.

And then you can’t remember your exact original build. Stop being so dense.

It literally doesn’t.

my builds are saved on d4builds. i know it isnt optimal and it would be nice if they had a way in game to save a build so you could quick change between builds, but thats what is available atm

How does it matter if you cant remember it? You changed to another build.

Sure, and the game allows that.
