I never had any crashes at all prior to VoH but now it’s happened many times, all at seemingly random times. Anyone else experiencing more crashing with the expansion?

Many people were experiencing this, look in the other threads people have shared what is helping them.
Same same none of the fixes in the other threads have helped. something needs to happen there end it looks like to stabilise it.
So might not crash in a month or 3.
I scoured tech support and bug forums but no information either.

It is definitely on the Blizzard side.
And it is to varying degrees, I feel bad for the people with the BSOD’s or can’t even play it. At least I can play for an hour or two before Fenris pops up.
All you can do is hope to minimize it while Blizz outsources and tries to fix it.
There are def solutions that dont entail fixing the game…
If you play on steam, even if over the 2hr mark, their refund policies will get you a refund for a broken game. If you have not been able to play, there is a good chance steam will give you a refund.
Or just uninstall and wait until next season. The one way to show how dumb this is - is the hurt the player count metrics. What the point of trying to play a broken game anyway?

Try turning off cross play and cross communication in the connect tab in the options menu, so far Ive been able to play for the last 3 hours without crashing and I was crashing every hour or so before

Oh I didn’t even buy the expansion, so not really about the Business-Consumer dynamic for me. Those who can refund… I would say do so.
Just assuming people still here probably would like to play their game.
indeed, i have had constant lag and crashes since the season 6 release i tried the “fixes” others mentioned but to no improvement. my game was very stable in previous seasons i dont know why this has started.
not sure if important but i have not bought the expansion

Yeah apparently an always online “live service” is such that “your character cannot save game” and “please wait a few minutes”.
This is a joke. A forced online single player game and now every single day multiple times per day. “can’t save game”. Of course “tech support” marks any tickets as “resolved” only saying I should “change password” or “update drivers” or “contact ISP” for a problem that solely exists on their cheap servers. Do we get mats or anything LOST while their servers repeatedly crash? Nope.
EDIT: In the less than 1 hours since posting this. It has happened 2 additional times. All cinders lost. Active Opals and potions active lost. I was playing helltides. If it was a boss I’d lose all mats used to summon. This isn’t acceptable.

I am still having crashing, wasting valuable materials. I have tried everything that makes sense to do from lowering settings to rolling back drivers and the crashing just keeps happening. It’s about every couple of hours, big damage on screen, game freezes and just crashes to desktop. It’s really getting old and I wish Blizz would address it and do something about it.
