Multipal issues here

[Jinx-13421]

1. In combat, cannot move the cursor to other pages than the current one on battlepass reward
2. New item indicator always shows off when there’re no new items on mats board (guess this is triggered by fiend rose)
3. A kind of content cannot be interacted with in Helltide area
