Is this going to be like the mobile version where everyone is playing and killing the same thing you are. Can someone from Blizzard pleaee let me know if as beta it is but in actual game it wont be i wont ming being able to join or be joined like Diablo 3 but not always there.

I 100% agree, there atleast needs to be an option to play by yourself or just with friends. Having other people run around even if its very sparce and spread out, ruins the game for what diablo is supposed to be for so many fans of the franchise. Having the option to switch in between an immersive single player or with a few friends experience and a map wide MMO where you can go together on world bosses with people. Having an option like this is going to be a must have needed switch that would be essential to the majority that plays this game.
