Is there any hidden feature, how you can utelize them beside Duriel or a merchant?
I’m haveng “a little” disproportionality between eggs and shards.
Where is the homestead building option, i want to hatch my own little mucus eggs.

Sell extras, via vendor or player.

I have to much eggs and eggs can’t you use on the alchemist. You can craft eggs from hearts but not the other way around.

They need to make it easier to farm shards. Only option is Helltides, and there are only 2 chests per hour to get a drop of 12-15, ONE Grigiore summon. Terrible.
Sitting on 6 stacks of eggs to one stack of shards and not even trying to farm eggs. At least let us swap them out at Jeweler at a 2/1 ratio… So dumb.

Whoever made the decision that Varshan requires 1/3 the summoning mats, but we get 3 times the number of Malignant Hearts in drops/whisper caches/debtors, etc. needs to be whipped with a stick.

I just trade for shards or steel, the drop ratio does need to be tweaked a bit
Im hatching the eggs by myself. I hope that one day a small pet brakes the shell thats fast enough to pick up all the loot incl. runes when im speed farming.
People complain they get no BAC runes while they leave 10 pcs every 15 mins behind them because theyre to fast in the farming process to even see them drop.
Shards & Eggs: i also have 6 stacks of eggs an 1.5 stacks shards. I dont trade so i eat them as a tasty omelette.

I mentioned this last season when i noticed they had created a conversion tab for boss mats, but for some reason decided to make it convert boss mats into their respective boss drop, with the addition of Khazra Horns as a catalyst.
This makes zero sense to me. Why wouldn’t you just run the boss and get the mats anyway, given how quick these fight are. The addition of a catalyzing item (Khazra Horns) should allow you to do a swap of any boss mat into any other of your choosing, so you can farm the boss you want to farm for gear upgrades. At very least, convert Duriel and Andy mats into their opposite drop.

i have over 3000 eggs vs 0 shards atm.
even had to make an alt to store them all.
past seasons it was eggs that was the problem and now that’s flipped.
meh.

Funny, on Eternal I had way too many Shards compared to Eggs. Collected plenty of Steel running Helltides last season. I traded the Shards for Eggs, even gave 2 stacks for 1.
The problem in seasonal is that we are all doing Witchtides, not any more Helltides and therefore collecting Malignant Heats not Steel. Everyone is probably in the same situation and trading Eggs for Shards is a lot more difficult than on Eternal…unless trading with “Boss mat dealers”.
